Throughout her career, Melissa has partnered with emerging leaders, experienced managers, and senior teams who deeply care about their people but often lack the training, language, or confidence to lead effectively. Her passion lies in equipping leaders with practical skills in communication, leadership, and development, so they can show up with clarity, confidence, and intention.
