Tracy F Patton

Tracy Patton, M.S., is a national speaker, trainer, early childhood consultant, and 0–5 Child Development Specialist with more than 25 years of experience supporting young children, families, and professionals. Her background includes 19 years teaching toddlers and twos and more than seven years supervising home visiting programs.

Tracy specializes in infant and toddler development, social-emotional learning, behavior and regulation, and developmentally appropriate practice. Through Once Upon Some Messy Fun, LLC, she brings learning to life through sensory exploration, play, and early STEM/STEAM experiences. Trained in trauma-informed care and a longtime childhood grief facilitator, Tracy helps adults understand how development, sensory needs, stress, trauma, and grief show up through behavior. Her work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and a simple belief: All feelings matter, all behavior is communication, and joy isn't extra. It's essential to learning, resilience, and relationships at every age.
