RaChe’ Russell-Van is an early childhood trainer, speaker, consultant, and leader with more than 26 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, coaching, Head Start and Early Head Start leadership, multi-site program operations, professional development, and consulting.

As founder of RaChe’ Step by Step ECE Consulting, she helps educators and leaders turn complex early childhood challenges into practical, realistic next steps. RaChe’ is a Gateways to Opportunity Registry-Approved Trainer, CDA Professional Development Specialist, and current CLASS observer. She is also pursuing her Doctor of Education in Early Childhood Education with a Curriculum and Instruction focus at American College of Education. Her speaking style is warm, reflective, practical, and grounded in the real work of early childhood education.
