Jenni Hofherr

Jenni Hofherr brings nearly 25 years in early childhood education — from single-site director all the way up to regional oversight of 40 schools across four states with full P&L accountability for a $40M+ budget. Most recently at Endeavor Schools, she served on the acquisitions and integrations team as Director of Onboarding & Training and later as Senior Director of Employee Learning & Development, working boots on the ground with school leadership teams from the moment a transaction closed and guiding them through operational and cultural integration into the Endeavor network. 

Jenni has since launched Hofherr Professional Development (pHd), an education-focused consulting practice offering leadership training and workshops, early childhood operations consulting, and custom organizational development — all tailored to the specific needs of early childhood programs, nonprofits, and growing organizations. No off-the-shelf solutions; every engagement is built around what the client actually needs.
