She is known for her engaging, high-energy sessions that blend storytelling, research, and real-world application — helping leaders strengthen communication, build accountability, and create experiences that improve retention for both staff and families. Melissa holds a Master’s in Education and certifications in DISC, Crucial Conversations, and adult learning facilitation.
