Jonathan Pearce

Jonathan Pearce is President of Sugar ’n Spice Children’s Academy and Vacation Station, with four locations across South Louisiana serving over 500 children and employing more than 75 people, and President of Inspire Management Group. He currently serves as legislative chairman of the Child Care Association of Louisiana, sits on the advisory board of the publicly traded Catalyst Bank, and is an active member of the National Child Care Association and the Youngsville Chamber. A graduate of Leadership Louisiana and a Top 20 Under 40 honoree, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is deeply involved in his community, serving on many boards and volunteering in a range of roles. Jonathan gets genuinely excited about small wins, has strong opinions about merge lanes, and can be found on the water most of the summer. He and his wife Angelle have three children — Jon Paul, Andrew and Jeannette — and a big old dog named Beignet.
