Danielle Credeur

Danielle Credeur is a leader in early childhood education and a speaker who believes leadership isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about showing up well in the middle of it. She serves as Vice President and CFO of Sugar ’n Spice Children’s Academy, where she supports teams, develops leaders, and helps create spaces where both children and educators can truly thrive; September marks 35 years with the company. Her work is rooted in servant leadership, real-life experience, and the belief that growth happens in the everyday moments we choose to lead with heart. Most recently, Inspire Management Group was created to promote speaking events, professional development days, consulting, and more. She doesn’t speak from a stage of arrival but from the middle, with the hope that something shared reminds you that the way you show up every day really does matter.
