Meet Dana

Dana Kadish is a senior educational leader, consultant, coach, and professional learning facilitator with nearly 30 years of experience in early childhood education, independent school leadership, curriculum development, teacher education, enrollment, and organizational capacity-building. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Dana spent 27 years at The Common School in Amherst, Massachusetts, serving as Head Teacher, Program Director, Director of Admissions, Outreach, and Learning Support, and Co-Head of School. Her leadership experience includes curriculum development, faculty and staff management, operations, fundraising, community engagement, and organizational planning.

Through Creative Capacity Network, Dana works with early childhood programs, independent schools, and educational organizations to strengthen leadership, teaching practice, and organizational capacity. She provides leadership coaching, professional development, curriculum support, and consultation around staff development, interpersonal dynamics, school climate, organizational change, and program growth. Her work is grounded in a commitment to DEIJB initiatives.
